Gerry Johansson - Lekplats

Frog, monkey, penguin, dromedary, horse, dinosaur, bear, sheep, chicken, dinosaur, lamb, camel, tortoise, walrus, lion, dog, snake, tiger, and pony appear as playground structures—slides, swings, and climbing frames—in these photographs by Gerry Johansson (b. 1945, Swedish), taken in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, in 2008.

Johansson used some of the images on one occasion for a self-made publication created as a gift for a grandchild. He believes that the only copy of this publication no longer exists.
